Hey Backers!

We have been eagerly waiting to share this update for a long time. Today we finally get to announce the great news: next week we are receiving enough Enophones to ship all remaining pre-orders! 

We’re incredibly excited that all of you will be receiving your Enophones soon. This update we’ll be focusing on the logistics, to make sure all of your Enophones ship as quickly as possible. Please read each section below closely.

Whether you ordered through Kickstarter, Indiegogo, Thinkmindset.com, or Enophone.com, you will be able to receive your Enophone in the next few weeks. However, there are some steps you need to take in order to confirm your shipping addresses, so please read the full update very closely to avoid any delays in shipping.

Lastly, we’ve opened more slots for our Meet the Eno Team video calls. Please use this link to sign up, so you can share your feedback with our team to help make Eno’s product better for you. Each participant will receive $20 for their time!

Shipping Enophones

As of next week, we will officially have enough Enophones to ship all remaining pre-orders. We’re incredibly excited to get them out the door, so all of you can share in this product with us.

To make sure you get your Enophones promptly, there are a few steps we’ll need you to take, based on where you ordered your unit: Kickstarter, Indiegogo, Thinkmindset.com, or Enophone.com. Please read the section below for your respective platforms.

If you don’t remember which platform you ordered your Enophone through, please email us at hello@enophone.com and we’ll point you in the right direction.

Kickstarter

Since our last update, we’ve shipped Enophones to all backers with order numbers below 4150. You should have received your tracking numbers by email if you are in this group. Please double check your spam folder, in case it redirected there. If you haven’t received it, please reach out to us at hello@enophone.com.

For all those remaining, please ensure that your backerkit survey is up to date with the correct shipping address. If the address you provide isn’t correct, we may not be able to recover your Enophone once it’s shipped.

When we ship your Enophone, you will receive a tracking number from Backerkit, which you can use to track your delivery. Please note that many of you will need to pay your country’s local sales tax before receiving the product – your country’s customs office will contact you by email or phone regarding this. Failure to do so will result in your Enophone being destroyed by Customs, so please keep a close eye on your email’s spam filter!

A quick note to our backers in Germany: many of you reached out about the customs blockage we faced last month. The short story is that the German Customs blocked the shipment because they were unable to locate our CE certification declaration (printed under each Enophone’s right armband) and therefore concluded incorrectly that the product may be “dangerous”. After several back-and-forths, we were able to speak with the customs authorities and provide adequate documentation to get the products shipped. A big thank you to those of you who reached out and helped us navigate this process!

Indiegogo

As a precautionary measure given many of you provided your shipping addresses prior to the pandemic, we have reset everyone’s Backerkit surveys. You will need to fill out your backerkit survey before we will ship your Enophones.

You should have received a link to your backerkit survey via email, or you can access your survey here. If the address you provide isn’t correct, we may not be able to recover your Enophone once it’s shipped, so please double check the information before submitting.

If you no longer have access to the email associated with your backerkit account, please reach out to hello@enophone.com and provide the following information as a security check:

  • Your full name
  • Your previous email address
  • Your new email address
  • Your previous shipping address on file

Shortly after you fill out the survey, we will ship your Enophones and provide a tracking number. Note that it may take up to a week for our logistics team to process your info and issue the tracking number. If you need any help with the process at any point, please reach out by email at hello@enophone.com.

Thinkmindset.com

As a precautionary measure given many of you provided your shipping addresses prior to the pandemic, we will need each of you to confirm your shipping addresses before we will ship your Enophones. This is also true for those who responded to our email prompt last year as well.

You should have received a link to a Typeform survey via email, or you can access the survey here. Using this form, you will be able to confirm your shipping address, and provide any other shipping details that you would like us to be aware of. If the address you provide isn’t correct, we may not be able to recover your Enophone once it’s shipped, so please double check the information before submitting.

Shortly after you fill out the survey, we will ship your Enophones and provide a tracking number. Note that it may take up to a week for our logistics team to process your info and issue the tracking number. Enophone.com

If you ordered through Enophone.com, we will be trusting that the address your entered during checkout is still valid. If you wish to change or confirm this address, please email hello@enophone.com with the following information before Friday April 22nd:

  • Your order number (provided by email at checkout)
  • Your full name
  • Your desired shipping address

We will ship your Enophones the week of April 25th, and will provide a tracking number via email shortly after. If you need any help with the process at any point, please reach out by email to hello@enophone.com.

Meet the Eno Team!

We are opening up several more slots over the coming weeks to meet the Eno team!

Last year we met with several of our backers in 1 on 1 calls about productivity, mental health, and their experience with Enophone so far. These discussions were tons of fun, and hugely valuable to our team, helping us craft several game-changing features that we will be releasing in the next few months.

We’d like to do this again! If you’re interested in meeting the Eno team, and contributing your thoughts and feedback to help make Enophone better, please follow this Calendly link and book one of the 30-minute slots during April, May, or June. Because we know your time is valuable, we are you $20 for your time.

We are all incredibly excited to have achieved the milestone of shipping all of your pre-ordered Enophones. We want to extend a huge thank you to everyone who’s supported the campaign – without you, this never would have been possible.

Of course, our journey doesn’t end here – shipping Enophone is only part 1 of our quest to build an incredible product that lives up to our vision of a Fitbit for your brain.

Our team has been hard at work on v0.7 of our app, which we will be releasing in the coming weeks. This update will be our biggest yet, introducing new features that will define the future of Eno. As our backers, you’ll be the first to experience this new update.

    The new features that will be released with the new app will be available for all users, regardless of when you purchased your Enophone. So, no worried, you’ll be notified about the new features and will see them directly in the app. Would love to hear what you think once you have the chance to use them!

    Hey Everyone! I just wanted to give you a PSA on customs tax for the United States. I have been freaking out about missing this “customs email”, and having my headphones delayed. I didn’t get any emails or calls that I had to pay additional tax and they are about to be delivered today! Yay! Just thought I would share that with the community since I haven’t received a lot of help from their support team about it.

    I received my headphones today, and the tech (EEG + neuroadaptive music) is pretty compelling. I ran several of my tests, and the EEG sensors accurately measured my focus level. I also feel that the neuroadaptive music is doing something to keep my focus where it should be. This is a minimal assessment, but I think the Eno team is onto something here. Worth the wait for sure! Congrats Eno!

    I was happy to receive it. but, The contact of the sensor is very bad, so I will not work.
    It doesn’t work when I’m not holding the headphones in my hand.
    It is a defective product.
